Chief Commercial Officer to Lead OEM and MRO Sales Teams

CHARLOTTE, NC, March 5, 2024 -- Solve Industrial Motion Group (“Solve”) today announced the addition of Joe Rich as the organization’s Chief Commercial Officer. Rich brings more than two decades of sales and marketing experience in the industrial sector to the company’s executive leadership team.
Rich joins Solve from Fluke Reliability, a hardware, software, and services company based in Everett, Washington. Rich served as Fluke’s Chief Revenue Officer for 2 years, where he Led global sales and implementation initiatives.
“Adding Joe is going to help our teams focus their application experience and expertise to continue to meet the needs of our varied client base,” remarked Michael Moonan, vice president of sales and marketing at Solve. “Joe’s a natural leader and our dealers and distributors are going to appreciate his innovative thinking.”
Prior to his time at Fluke Reliability, Rich served as Vice President at Stratus Technologies where he Led a team of Sales, Technical, and Support professionals across the Americas.
“I’ve had a significant number of achievements in my career that I’m proud of, most notably the employees that I’ve helped coach and mentor to succeed in their careers,” said Joe. “That said, all of that is in the past and I want to focus on the new heights we’re going to take Solve Industrial Motion Group to in 2024.”
